Your AOX patients are medically complex. Are you sure you caught everything?

AOX patients are often older, on several medications, and living with sleep apnea, diabetes or a heart history. A paper form on a clipboard does not work out an ASA class, score sleep apnea, or warn you about a blood thinner. AOX Greenlight does, for every patient, every time. Whether you sedate or bring in an anesthesia provider, the patient and the surgery are still yours.

Nothing missed. Nothing lost. Start to finish.

1 · AOX screening

It catches what the clipboard misses.

The patient answers on the office tablet. Before you walk into the room, the chart has worked out the suggested ASA class, the sleep apnea score, BMI, and what every medication means for sedation, pain control, antibiotics and healing. AI reviews the whole chart and lists what to watch. You make the call.

2 · Smile design

Design the smile before surgery day. Not during it.

A slot for every records photo, the video of them smiling and talking, and your studio shots. The VDO, the smile line, and how much alveoloplasty it takes to hide the prosthetic. The material for each arch. The patient sees a simulated preview of their new smile before they leave. Then hand over the tablet: every AOX consent ticks itself off as the patient signs.

3 · Surgery

When the SpO2 drops, nobody has to remember what to do.

Emergency response cards with large buttons walk your team through sedation and medical emergencies. Every button they press is time-stamped into the record, next to the pre-sedation check, the vitals log and the discharge checklist. If that day is ever reviewed, your chart shows what happened and when.

4 · Surgery post-op

If a case goes sideways at month six, week one is on file.

The 1 to 2 week check, the follow-up pano and the post-op photos are saved to the chart, with a note written for the visit. You never have to rebuild what happened from memory.

5 · Final scan

No signature, no zirconia.

At two months: bite scans, MUAs retorqued, gingival scans and new photogrammetry. If the patient wants changes, they try in a new prototype first. Then they sign that they are happy with the design before the finals are made. A remake costs you thousands. A signature costs nothing.

6 · Final delivery

No patient falls through the cracks.

The lab tracker shows where every open case stands on one list, from surgery to night guard. The final delivery checklist, the final photos and the outcome stay in the chart, and the first cleaning is set before they leave.

7 · Marketing

Every finished case sells the next one.

Reveal photos and video, doctor videos, and a case study built in one tap. The patient's signed authorization sits right next to them, so you always know what you are cleared to post.

Notes written for you

If it is not in the note, it did not happen.

AOX Greenlight writes a complete SOAP note for every visit: every flag, every form, every time stamp. This is one screening note for a medically complex patient. Ask yourself how much of it your current paperwork would have caught.

What the patient enters and what your team enters flow into a SOAP note for each visit. Copy it into your practice software in one step. An AI chart review can list what to watch for; the doctor decides.

AOX Greenlight supports the doctor's judgment. It does not diagnose, and its screening and AI review must be checked by the treating doctor.
